1. The window period for video upload is from 25/09/2025 9 am to 9 pm. No video upload will be permitted after the allotted time period.
2. A total of 10 questions are provided in this section.
3. Candidates must select any one of the given sets of questions and talk about it within 2 minutes.
4. The time limit is very important. The video length has to be within 2 minutes (120 seconds).
5. Either English or Malayalam is accepted as the medium for communication.
6. The maximum size of the video to be uploaded must be less than 100 MB.
7. The audio has to be very crisp and clear.
8. Use the front camera/selfie camera for video recording.

10. Alternatively, candidates may use WhatsApp to compress the video to be uploaded.
11. MODEL ANSWER: All the questions are covering the Social, Economic, Educational and Political challenges in our society. Therefore, a model answer will have a very brief talk enumerating/highlighting the issues and giving a few practical solutions in a multidimensional approach.
12. EVALUATION: Your social awareness and ability to communicate will be evaluated.
13. IMPORTANT NOTE: “NO” Lip syncing process will be entertained. The video and audio have to be recorded live. Any malpractice if identified will lead to disqualification of your candidature.
